Payment is due at the time of checkout regardless of shipping. 

SHIPPING

We ship within the United States only. Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. Items are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail and may take 1-4 business. USPS tracking number will be provided via email. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 and free for items totaling over $75.00. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control. Tin & Whistle boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. When paying with a credit card or using Paypal you must check to ensure your shipping address in your Paypal  is where you prefer your order be sent. Paypal overrides the address originally put into our system with the address you have on file with them. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by you or overridden by your entry in Paypal.
